Who We Serve
•    55% males and 45% females
•    56% African-American, 2% Asian, 27% Caucasian, 7% Hispanic, 7% Multi-Racial and 1% Native American
•    18% age under 7, 28% age 7-9, 27% age 10-12; 18% age 13-15; 7% age 16-18, and 1% age over 18

Our Staff
•    340 full time and 848 part time employees provide the program services and management of the Boys & Girls Club organizations

Our Volunteers
•    530 board volunteers and 2,270 program volunteers assist in providing management, administrative or general organizational support  

Total 2008 Revenue: $19.6 million
•    $4,470,009 individual contributions, $2,301,140 corporate contributions, $3,541,506 other private sector funds, $5,120,330 from government agencies, $6,148,587 other income

To inspire all young people, especially those from disadvantaged circumstances, to realize their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens.

Using the Youth Development Strategy
•    Boys & Girls Clubs programs promote the development of young people by instilling a sense of competence, a sense of usefulness, a sense of belonging and a sense of power or influence. When this strategy is fully implemented, self-esteem is enhanced and an environment is created which helps boys & girls achieve their full potential.
